Cablu de o\u021bel conform GOST 3071-74 este unul dintre cele mai r\u0103sp\u00e2ndite tipuri de cabluri. Spre deosebire de cablul conform GOST 2688-80, acest cablu are 36 de fire \u00een fiecare dintre cele \u0219ase \u0219uvi\u021be, ceea ce confer\u0103 o mai mare flexibilitate, elasticitate \u0219i durabilitate. Cablul se caracterizeaz\u0103 printr-o suprafa\u021b\u0103 mare de sus\u021binere, rezisten\u021b\u0103 sporit\u0103 la uzur\u0103 \u0219i un coeficient ridicat de umplere. Este utilizat \u00een mecanismele de ridicare \u0219i ma\u0219inile de transport (macarale, trolii, pun\u021bi de macara, excavatoare, instala\u021bii de ridicare, traulere, ma\u0219ini de excavare, lifturi miniere), precum \u0219i pentru fabricarea stropurilor.
